Summary: The Investment Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining loan asset master information, processing bank debt activities, and providing daily support to various departments. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Key responsibilities include maintaining loan asset master information, reviewing and processing bank debt activities, communicating with investment managers and accounting teams, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, knowledge of Geneva and/or similar fund accounting systems, and experience with bank debt processing functionality. Additional requirements include a strong understanding of the syndicated or private debt loan market, various security types, and strong oral and written communication skills. The role also requires a positive 'can do' attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
