Summary: Experienced Fund Administrator sought to manage private equity funds, lead a team, and ensure timely processing of capital calls, distributions, and transfers. Your Role As a Fund Administrator, you will be responsible for: • Managing a portfolio of private equity funds and leading a small team of senior and junior admins • Maintaining shareholders registers and ensuring timely processing of capital calls, distributions, and transfers • Communicating with investors and processing distribution payments • Providing investor-related services to our investment fund clients • Meeting expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines and fund rules • Maintaining accurate records and updating investor information on our systems Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably in private equity and/or hedge funds • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships • An active interest in the financial markets, hedge fund, and private equity industry
