Investor Services Analyst Job Description

Support the Investor Services team in providing high-quality services to clients, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

The Investor Services Analyst will work under the guidance of a Supervisor/Assistant Manager, performing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers
  • Process payments and other transactions
  • Apply Net Asset Value to investor capital activity for daily/weekly/monthly Funds
  • Complete audit requests for investor accounts
  • Respond to investor and client queries via email and phone
  • Adhere to all processing procedures and controls
  • Act as primary contact for client and investor queries and host client service calls and monthly board calls
  • Ensure client month-end reporting deliverables are met
  • Maintain a good working relationship with external clients and internal relationship managers
  • Maintain shareholders registers and act as transfer agent
  • Communicate with investors
  • Perform all investor-related services for the Company's investment fund clients
  • Meet expectations of fund participants and adhere to deadlines
  • Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers, and auditors

Requirements

  • Leaving Certificate and 3rd Level Qualification
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and administration skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
