Investor Services Analyst Job Description
Support the Investor Services team in providing high-quality services to clients, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role
The Investor Services Analyst will work under the guidance of a Supervisor/Assistant Manager, performing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers
- Process payments and other transactions
- Apply Net Asset Value to investor capital activity for daily/weekly/monthly Funds
- Complete audit requests for investor accounts
- Respond to investor and client queries via email and phone
- Adhere to all processing procedures and controls
- Act as primary contact for client and investor queries and host client service calls and monthly board calls
- Ensure client month-end reporting deliverables are met
- Maintain a good working relationship with external clients and internal relationship managers
- Maintain shareholders registers and act as transfer agent
- Communicate with investors
- Perform all investor-related services for the Company's investment fund clients
- Meet expectations of fund participants and adhere to deadlines
- Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers, and auditors
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate and 3rd Level Qualification
- 1 year relevant experience
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and administration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
