Invoicing Administrator and Support Location: Newbridge Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Annual Leave: 20 Days Hours of Work: 9.00am 5.30pm Salary Range: €25,000 - €29,500 About the Role: A leading company in the environmental industry is seeking an experienced Invoicing Administrator to join their team in Newbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the invoicing function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of commercial customer invoices. Key Responsibilities: Processing commercial new customer set-ups and handling large key account customers Issuing monthly commercial invoices and chasing up POs and PODs Entering subcontractor reports on Elemos Processing master data and direct debit mandates Resolving customer queries and ensuring credit note requests are verified Setting up purchase requisitions on Oracle and ensuring accurate coding and routing Providing excellent customer service and responding to key account customer queries Actively participating in the Performance Management process Adhering to company health and safety policies Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of Administration/Invoicing experience Strong Written and Verbal English skills Previous systems experience and proficiency in MS Office Flexibility to work across different work sections Eligibility to work in Ireland full time Salary Range: €25,000 - €29,500 Skills: Purchase Administration Invoice Checking Invoice verification Accurate Data Entry Purchasing Administration Order Processing Processing Of Reports
