IP Operations Assistant (Legal) Focus of this role is on Process & Reporting for IP Operations globally. Contract / Temp - 6 months initial duration Daily rates = €275 per day Hybrid - 3 days per week minimum in Dublin City Centre Office Contract role, so no sponsorship. You must be located in Dublin or within a daily commute of Dublin city office location. Global Organisation with its Corporate Functions centralised in Ireland, while Manufacturing & software development operations are spread across the world, is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Operations Assistant with a keen interest in Business analysis, Reporting & Data analysis. For a Contract role for an initial 6 months period, extendable. The IP Ops Team's main focus is on providing operational frameworks, best practice processes and insights to support and improve service delivery for multi-jurisdictional projects across North America, EMEA and APAC. The IP Ops Assistant will contribute with business & operations process improvements to ensure that the proper solutions are in place to support the execution of the IP processes & operations. Responsibilities will involve: * Maintaining IP-related data records * Assisting with process improvement initiatives and projects coordination * Assisting in designing, documenting and maintaining IP processes * Identifying & addressing potential risks and bottlenecks in the IP processes * Compiling and manipulating data to identify trends, patterns and insights * Assisting in generating IP matters dashboards and reports to communicate insights to support data-driven decisions * Assisting in-house IP attorneys with patents and trademark matters * Managing the patent and trademark prosecution workflow To Qualify, you must have the following expertise & skills: Background experience in legal operations support roles Experience at either a law firm, legal department or corporate IP department Any previous exp as an intellectual property administrative assistant (or similar role) is highly advantageous Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills such as business analyst and/or project management / legal operations Knowledge of business process and operations management Information management skills Software use: Sharepoint, Salesforce, MS Office, process modelling tools (Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, etc) are highly desirable Any Data Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) are also an advantage Willingness and curiosity to learn about Intellectual Property Guidant Global (BH4SF) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
