Irish Employment Law Solicitors/Lawyers (High Demand) 2-6 year+ PQE in Irish Employment Law (Contentious & Non-Contentious) 25th September, 2024 (Ref: EO136) Hybrid: Dublin/Cork/Waterford/Limerick/Galway/Belfast We are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious Employment Solicitors/Lawyers looking for a change or to advance their career by making a lateral move in Employment Law. Ideally, you will have experience in the most/all of the following; 2-6 year+ PQE in Irish Employment Law (Contentious & Non-Contentious), Employer side Solicitors will ideally have experience and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique Employment law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK Corporate transactions and TUPE law. Advising on a wide range of employment issues such as; managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment financial services regulatory issues, gender pay gap compliance, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues; Claims before the WRC (Workplace Relations Commission) and Labour Court Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge of all current/impending Irish employment legislation and case law. Significant interest in speaking Senior Employment Law Solicitors at Salary Partner/Junior Partner/Fixed Share Partner/Equity Partner level for senior level lateral opportunities.
