Our client, a leading Medical Sales, Marketing and distribution company is looking for an IT and Technical Support Team Lead to join their Kerry based team on a full time permanent contract. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Operations to manage the delivery of excellentcustomer service to customers and colleagues and contribute to the successful delivery of thebusiness strategy.Key Responsibilities:Management of IT and Tech Support TeamsResponsible for maintaining high performance levels of service-related processes and the ability to implement improvements where necessaryEnsure systems, procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service deliveryResponsibility for delivery of key IT projects to support delivery of business strategy and goalsResponsible for Technical Support service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations anddriving future demandResponsible for delivery of system and service improvements, ensuring that actions are implemented ontime and within budgetLeading people management, including staff recruitment and retention, performance appraisals, trainingand mentoringKey Requirements:A relevant IT qualification with 3 years previous experience in a similar roleStrong IT Security knowledgeExpertise in people management and leadershipStrong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage)WMS experience desiredProven track record in Identifying and implementing Business SoftwareStrong project management experienceFlexibility and adaptability is essentialFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactJessica Kennedy.jessica.kennedy@collinsmcnicholas.ie021-2427110 #J-18808-Ljbffr
