Support IT operations in a growing team, focusing on user support in an AD-based environment with Citrix infrastructure, and managing service desk tickets to ensure operational efficiency.

The IT Associate will provide first-point-of-contact IT support for all Mazars staff across the network, troubleshooting technical issues to resolution and/or escalating to suppliers or partner organisations as required. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing service desk tickets, planning, and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency
- Managing Citrix infrastructure in conjunction with the MSP
- Ensuring system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the Mazars network is not compromised
- Monitoring the performance of Mazars Windows and Citrix Infrastructure, ensuring any issues are appropriately escalated and resolved
- Maintaining performance history reports of infrastructure performance
- Providing technical assistance to project teams and undertaking technical project roles when required
- Maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with key suppliers
Key requirements include:
- A strong interest in managing Windows environments with Windows Servers, Windows Desktops, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network configuration
- Knowledge of Citrix and Netscaler, as well as IT certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment, especially from Azure AD perspective
