The Position This is a role within a growing team support the IT function within Mazars with a specific focus on supporting users in AD based environment with Citrix infrastructure. The IT associate will interface closely with our external IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure our Services Agreement is managed. The environment is 99% Windows based. Main Duties Provide first point of IT Support contact for all Mazars staff across the network. (Support Level 2 and 3 included) Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required. Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency. Manage Citrix infrastructure in conjunction with the MSP. Manage NetScaler Configurations in conjunction with the MSP. Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the Mazars network is not compromised. Understand Mazars Information security policies and assist with their deployment across the firm. Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers in a timely manner. Monitor the performance of Mazars Windows and Citrix Infrastructure, ensuring any issues are appropriately escalated and resolved. Maintain performance history reports of infrastructure performance Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required including researching and acquiring knowledge of brand new solutions. Demonstrate commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT department. Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key suppliers, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner. Assist with project delivery as required Principal Requirements A strong interest in managing Windows environment with Windows Servers, Windows Desktops, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Network configuration (LAN, WAN) Knowledge of Citrix and Netscaler as well as IT certification desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment especially from Azure AD perspective is a plus Don't wait.
