Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, user story development, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Good exposure to Agile/Scrum and Sprints
- Working with a technical development team
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Business Analysis and User Story background
- Exposure to workshops and process mapping
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in Customer Journey analysis
- Extensive leadership and negotiation skills
