IT Business Analyst Exciting Opportunity for a Dynamic Business Analyst! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our client and play a crucial role in the successful implementation of their system into an expanding customer base - SaaS. This key position involves collaborating with Project Managers to ensure project success, aligning with a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving in client-facing scenarios. Responsibilities: Interpret client User Requirement Specifications, translating them into system requirements. Lead client workshops, defining process workflows and providing effective solutions when software requirements are unmet. Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their goals and constraints. Internally configure software to align with customer requirements. Collaborate iteratively with clients to design solutions, critically evaluating various options. Contribute to validation deliverables, including test script creation and support for user acceptance testing. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to defined scope. Assist in training programs, developing materials, and actively participating in both classroom and remote training sessions. Identify and propose new features that would benefit our customers and contribute to ongoing process enhancement. Experience: Hold a degree in Business, IT, or a relevant discipline. 5+ years of experience. Technically astitute - software applications / integrations / SQL beneficial Proven experience working directly with external customers, ideally with a global reach. Understand different implementation methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Sprint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines across multiple projects - detail orientated.
