As an IT Business Analyst at this company you will be the bridge between clients and a talented IT solutions team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our solutions align with client expectations and drive business value. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges. - Gather and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions. - Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements. - Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and propose IT solutions. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows to support solution development. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in business analysis and requirements gathering. - Support project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations. - Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure successful solution adoption. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role. - Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Strong understanding of IT solutions and their application in business contexts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
