Job Description
An IT Business Analyst is required for a 123-month contracting position at a Pharmaceutical company in Limerick.
The role involves applying IT Business Management knowledge to support and contribute to IT initiatives and processes under supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement management for the IOPS IT group
- Reporting on progress to procurement, vendor management, and operations teams
- Software license management and data population into the Software Licensing portal
- License management database maintenance and coordination of procurement activities
- System administration support of the Resource Management Tool
- Maintaining resource data and reporting integrity in the Resource Management Tool
- Assisting Resource Managers and Project Managers in report development and metric tracking
- Supporting budgetary reports and contract management administrative tasks
- Collaborating on updating communications platforms, dashboards, and metrics
- Maintaining IT Business Operations Teams sites and supporting continuous improvement
Requirements include:
- BA/BS in Business, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Operations experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office and Share Point
- Good level of independence, judgment, and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
