Job Description
IT Compliance Analyst required for leading biotechnology company in Ireland.
Responsible for ensuring IT operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical writing assistance with document creation and updating.
- Manages change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Completes system periodic reviews.
- Supports system audit trail reviews.
- Tracks and reports on IT quality metrics.
- Champions data integrity for all IT systems.
- Represents IT at site and cross-site meetings.
- Ensures IT procedures follow regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Ensures IT personnel operate in compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Helps ensure IT training is adequate.
- Represents IT or assists SMEs during internal and external audits.
- Ensures IT operational controls are in place and maintained.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and analytical mindset.
