Job Description
The IT Compliance Analyst ensures IOPS IT operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company procedures, acting as the liaison between IT and Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides Technical Writing assistance for document creation and updates.
- Manages Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs.
- Completes System Periodic Reviews and supports Audit Trail Reviews.
- Tracks and reports on IOPS IT Quality Metrics.
- Champions Data Integrity for all IT systems.
- Represents IOPS IT at site/cross-site meetings.
- Ensures IOPS IT procedures follow regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Helps ensure adequate training for IOPS IT personnel.
- Represents IOPS IT during internal and external audits.
- Ensures IT Operational Controls are maintained throughout the system lifecycle.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in a related field or relevant industry experience.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and analytical mindset.
