Job Description
The IT Delivery Lead will work closely with the IT Director and peers, supporting projects that vary in nature from regulatory, technology, and strategic projects.
- Project Leading/Management: from hands-on ownership to mentoring, collaborating, advising, and providing quality assurance at all levels and stages of a project.
- Change Management: understanding the impacts of change on stakeholders and organisations, and leveraging experience to ensure the right communication, planning, and training/engagement is in place for successful change.
- Strategic Leadership: believing in continuous improvement and opportunity, and being able to step back and see the big picture, advising in strategic transformation whether through tactical or long-term changes.
- Innovative Mindset: creative thinking with a strong interest in executing new strategies to drive increasing value to customers.
- Current, Digital & Emerging Technology: comfortable understanding and engaging with technology, whether designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
- Commercial Management: familiarity with client-based engagements, putting together proposals, Statements of Work, Service Agreements, and reviewing the associated legal documents from a business/commercial perspective.
Qualifications & Experience
- A 3rd-level business or IT qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in a delivery lead role.
- Good IT consulting experience.
- A strong financial services background.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven.
- Good commercial awareness (creating business proposals, bids, etc.).
