**Lead Software Development Team** **Summary:** Lead a team of software engineers, testers, and business analysts to design, develop, and implement software projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Our Unum Technology Centre in Carlow serves as a strategic software development and IT services centre supporting Unum, a leading provider of income protection in the US.
