Job Description
**Global IT Leader for Med Tech Sector** Develop and maintain IT systems and practices that meet company and customer requirements in a global leader in new technologies and advanced manufacturing methods for the Med Tech sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure efficient and effective technology and internet access for a group of users * Organise troubleshooting or repair when necessary for IT equipment * Maintain network and user security through hardware or software installation * Participate in cross-functional teams * Track inventory and status for hardware and software throughout an organisation * Establish relationships with technology vendors * Advise on the organisation's IT equipment, networking, and connectivity needs * Develop emergency plans for equipment, power, or security failure to preserve technology and data * Research and stay up-to-date regarding new IT equipment and solutions **Requirements:** * Bachelors degree in an IT discipline is an advantage * Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT role is preferred * Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology * Software development abilities preferred * Strong problem solving and communication skills required * Skills: Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, Information Security, IT Support, Networking
