Role Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer (Level 2 or Level 3) to join us on a full-time basis. This role will be predominantly servicing customers in the Limerick/Cork region. A minimum of 3 years industry experience is required for this role. Some Responsibilities will include:3 Years’ experience working in a similar roleOnsite and off-site MIT supportCustomer facing roleServer hardware and network design and implementationSupporting Office 365 environmentsImplementing 365 email migrationsImplementation of Microsoft TeamsBuilding and administration of Microsoft SharePoint sitesActive Directory design, implementation and administrationSwitching, Firewall and Router Support, Watchguard, Fortinet or Palo AltoAnalyse and resolve faults - from major system crashes to resetting passwordsWork closely with other IT staff, engineers, and customersContinuous self-improvement and certifying in technologies that the company deem relevant to your position
