Job Title: IT Field Engineer (Level 2/3) We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position primarily involves supporting our Dublin based client's customers in the Musnter region, with a focus on infrastructure and network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Provide both onsite and offsite IT support for customers Design and implement server hardware and network solutions Support and manage Office 365 environments, including email migrations and Microsoft Teams implementation Build and administer Microsoft SharePoint sites Design, implement, and manage Active Directory environments Provide support for switching, firewall, and router configurations (experience with Watchguard, Fortinet, or Palo Alto preferred) Troubleshoot and resolve issues, from major system crashes to password resets Collaborate with other IT professionals, engineers, and customers Stay current with industry trends and obtain certifications relevant to the role Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT support or engineering role Strong customer-facing skills and ability to provide hands-on technical support Familiarity with server, networking, and cloud technologies (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.) Experience with firewall, router, and switching technologies Valid drivers license and own vehicle If you're passionate about technology, have a strong technical background, and enjoy solving IT challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
