Job Description
IT Field Engineer sought to install, configure, and maintain network systems, troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, and printers, and provide support for industrial automation systems and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi equipment.
- Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting and repairs of PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Understand basic PLC operations and assist in troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
- Provide support and maintenance for Hikvision CCTV systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT field engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and PC hardware repair.
- Basic understanding of PLCs and industrial automation systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
