Job Description
Seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging expertise in finance systems, reporting tools, and IT solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong finance background, including experience working with finance departments to implement new systems, processes, and SOPs. In this role, you will engage with the group finance team to review end-to-end processes and use the latest technology to streamline current ones.
- Collaborate with the group finance team to review and improve finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Work with IT to design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and document business requirements, analyze findings, and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and recommend new guidelines for finance and treasury systems, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Assist in test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure high-quality solutions.
Key requirements include:
- Strong finance background, including experience with finance systems, reporting tools, and IT solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with PowerBI/BI360 and other reporting tools.
