**Career Paths** Our programme is structured into five distinct career paths:
- Data & Analytics Join our award-winning Data Analytics team and work on a broad range of analytics activities, from visualisations to complex AI projects.
- IT Delivery Contribute to the design, build, and support of a range of technologies and services that deliver on our strategic objectives.
- CIO Functions Work on projects that drive business growth and innovation, and support the development of our IT capabilities.
- Business Information Systems Contribute to the development of business information systems that support our business objectives.
- Engineering Work on projects that drive innovation and growth in the engineering field.

- Structured Rotations Build your IT and business knowledge through challenging assignments and exposure to our business units.

**Requirements** We are looking for graduates with:
- Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree In IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or an equivalent course.
- Proven Ability to Deliver Results In a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills Combined with the ability to learn quickly.
