Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Dublin city centre. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong skills with Microsoft O365, experience with laptop builds and imaging, and knowledge of networking and network gear.
Duties:
- Monitor system alerts and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and fix office applications, mobile devices, and multi-function devices.
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.
- Offer general support for office applications and mobile devices/smartphones.
- Manage and support hardware and software installations.
- Log all work and issues with top-notch standards in our ticketing platform.
- Maintain our hardware asset inventory.
- Roll out new user devices like laptops, PCs, tablets, and phones.
- Support meeting room AV systems, including Google Meet and Teams.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills with Microsoft O365 / Exchange.
- Experience with laptop builds and imaging.
- Knowledge of networking and network gear.
- Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.
- Industry qualifications (CCNA, MSCE, MS Azure) are a bonus.
