Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Dublin city centre. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong skills with Microsoft O365, experience with laptop builds and imaging, and knowledge of networking and network gear.

Duties:

  • Monitor system alerts and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and fix office applications, mobile devices, and multi-function devices.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.
  • Offer general support for office applications and mobile devices/smartphones.
  • Manage and support hardware and software installations.
  • Log all work and issues with top-notch standards in our ticketing platform.
  • Maintain our hardware asset inventory.
  • Roll out new user devices like laptops, PCs, tablets, and phones.
  • Support meeting room AV systems, including Google Meet and Teams.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft O365 / Exchange.
  • Experience with laptop builds and imaging.
  • Knowledge of networking and network gear.
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Industry qualifications (CCNA, MSCE, MS Azure) are a bonus.
