Job Description
Key responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and develop the IT infrastructure for efficient and resilient services Oversee support of systems and servers, including hardware and storage Lead the design and implementation of new infrastructure and support existing systems Improve overall security, robustness, and functionality of IT services Qualifications and experience: 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure Microsoft/VMware/Cisco certification SAN administration experience Networking knowledge/experience and/or certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) ITIL v3/2011 or v4 certification NFQ Level 8 in relevant area Full License and transport required Skills: Support Infrastructure Troubleshooting
