Job Description
Lead a Global IT team in a regulated manufacturing environment, overseeing infrastructure, disaster recovery, and technical support for a 24/7 environment. Work on projects, troubleshoot, and consult with application owners, while ensuring business continuity and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a Gx P framework in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and standards.
- General technical troubleshooting and consultation with Application owners.
- Capacity planning of hardware and systems.
- Implement and maintain solutions for efficient 24/7 environment.
- Lead the IT Operations Group, including management of the Helpdesk.
- Ensure that the infrastructure is operational 24/7.
- Design and implement Disaster Recovery solutions for infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Third Level Degree in IT/Business discipline.
- Masters Level Degree preferable.
- Project management training.
- Infrastructure specific training.
- 3-5 years IT Project Leadership experience, preferably in Healthcare or Electronics Industry.
- Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment would be beneficial.
- Experience leading a team.
- World Class Manufacturing/GMP Experience in an FDA regulated industry would be beneficial.
