**IT Infrastructure Specialist** **Job Summary:** Experienced IT professional required to work with cutting-edge technology, providing technical support and solutions to enterprise clients in cloud environments. Prolcoud is a small niche provider of innovative technology solutions in the public and private cloud environments to a range of enterprise clients, as well as in other areas that include cyber security and data automation via the Microsoft Power Platform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up monitoring tools and dashboards to track the performance and health of applications and infrastructure, configuring proactive alerts. * Provide operational and technical support to clients both remotely and onsite. * Log account activity and ensure client documentation is always up to date. * Complete daily checks and administrative tasks. * Complete required industry certifications related to key vendors. * Support site upgrades and project deployments. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors. * Support projects across other areas in the Company. **Requirements:** * Third level qualification in computer science or equivalent. * 12-18 months experience in an IT environment. * Knowledge of the principles of infrastructure and VMware in the Private & Hybrid Cloud domain. * Understanding of network infrastructure devices, firewalls and active directory administration. * Exposure to /Experience of Server, Storage, Hype-V, System Center, SAN, Window Server, Hyperconverged and Microsoft Azure is advantageous. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Structured approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail. **About Prolcoud:** Prolcoud offers the opportunity to work with a team of highly experienced IT professionals and to engage with enterprise clients in a collaborative team working environment, with excellent opportunities for further career development as the Company continues to grow. **Benefits:** * 25 Days Annual Leave * Paid Study Leave * Pension Plan * Bike To Work Scheme * Training * Social activities
