HireForce are working with a global fintech company to find an IT Internal Auditor to join their team in Dublin, where they will work closely with teams across the Company and be reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit. The successful candidate will plan and conduct IT-related internal audits and be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of whether IT risks are appropriately managed. The business is well governed and internal controls are working effectively. Key Responsibilities: Define the IT assurance strategy and deliver audit plans Lead timely, risk-based IT audits across all group entities Identify and address emerging issues, design and execute IT controls testing, recommend and implement corrective actions Contribute to audit process improvements, including automation Manage stakeholder relationships through regular communication and ongoing engagement Key Criteria: IT internal audit experience in the financial services industry Background as an IT consultant, risk advisor, or in-house IT auditor Proficient in IT general controls and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 270001, PCI DSS, ITIL, NIST, LGDP, GDPR) Knowledgeable in areas like computer systems design, data security, disaster recovery, cloud architecture, or network infrastructures Experienced with data analytics tools and techniques in auditing Strong communicator with high integrity Remuneration: Competitive salary, Bonus and Pension If the role isnt for you, if you are happy with the level of service youve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place your friend.
