Job Description
We are seeking an IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to provide on-site support for casual freelancing tasks in your area.
As a part-time employee, you will be paid on an hourly or daily/half-day basis for tasks dispatched according to your area of operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Desktop support and server/rack hardware installation and replacement
- Providing on-site assistance for remote support, including console access to Router/Switch/Firewall, etc.
Required skills:
- Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms
- Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration with a focus on utilizing programming techniques for various initiatives
- Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting
- Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices

Pay: €15.00-€25.00 per hour
