Job Description
Job Summary: ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for casual freelancing tasks, paid hourly or daily/half-day, with tasks including L1 & L2 IT/Networking, server hardware installation, and on-site assistance. Required Skills: Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, and Windows Platforms, with technical troubleshooting experience and hands-on knowledge of various OS. Job Type: Part-time, Pay: €15.00-€25.00 per hour.
Key Tasks:
- L1 & L2 IT/Networking related tasks, including desktop support
- Server/Rack part hardware installation & replacement
- Providing on-site assistance to remote support
Base Skill Set:
- System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management
- Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms
- Professionally trained in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration
- Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, and subnetting
- Technical troubleshooting with different OS, including iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices
