Part-time IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician needed to provide on-site support for casual freelancing tasks in your area.
We are seeking a skilled professional to support contractual tasks on an hourly or daily/half-day basis. Tickets will be dispatched according to your area, and you will work as per your availability (weekdays, weekends).
The job involves L1 & L2 IT/Networking related tasks, including:
- Desktop support
- Server/rack hardware installation and replacement
- On-site assistance (console access to Router/Switch/Firewall) to remote support
Key skills required:
- Expertise in system desktop administration
- Customer service
- Incident/change/release management
- Support for various third-party applications on Windows platforms
Additional requirements:
- Professionally trained & certified in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration
- Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting
- Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices
Pay: €15.00-€25.00 per hour
