Agile Project Manager Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with excellent Agile knowledge and experience to join our team in Dublin. This is a permanent role, and you will play a pivotal role in driving and leading the delivery of large-scale transformation programs and projects. Job Responsibilities: Take ownership and provide leadership in the successful delivery of extensive transformation initiatives. Mobilize and lead diverse scopes of work, projects, and initiatives. Identify and cultivate opportunities with existing clients. Actively participate in broader market engagement activities, including proposal development. Lead the growth and development of the teams skills and capabilities. Establish yourself as a strategic advisor to clients. Essential Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant PM experience Proven track record in project management, with experience in both business and IT team engagement. Expertise in Agile transformation within organizations. Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project delivery environments. Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience across all project delivery stages. Hands-on experience in establishing, maturing, or scaling Agile methodologies within organizations. Demonstrated ability to devise and implement agile growth strategies and practices. Strong ability to distil information into clear and well-articulated deliverables, while effectively communicating the business value of initiatives. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholder management (CIO, COO, etc.). Ambitious and dedicated to business growth, both with new and existing clients. Proactive, engaged, and outcome-focused, capable of adapting to evolving and uncertain environments. Proficiency in various project tools, including but not limited to MS Project, Asana, Jira, and DevOps. Technical product knowledge spanning areas like SAP, CRM, IT architecture, application landscape, sourcing/contracts, and operating models. Prior knowledge and experience working with diverse customer/client portfolios. Educational Requirements: 3rdlevel degree in a related discipline or relevant experience. Project management certifications (E.g.
