Our Financial Services client is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex IT projects within an Agile environment, ensuring they meet strategic business objectives. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin. The client offers an excellent salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT staff, and external vendors to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans to track progress using appropriate verification techniques. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Facilitate the Agile methodology and practices within project teams, acting as a Scrum Master where necessary. Essential Experience: Proven work experience as an IT Project Manager in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of complex IT project management, especially in system integrations, software development, and technology deployment. Experience working with senior-level management and influencing key stakeholders. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process is essential. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
