Job Description
The IT Service Lead will own the IT Support and associated processes for our 4000+ organisation across Ireland and the UK. They will support our people to be successful in their roles with an effective and consistent IT service. They will coach, mentor, and lead our internal IT team.brulbrliDevelop and implement key process improvements to drive client satisfaction and efficiency of businesses through technology./librliEnsure all business metrics are addressed appropriately./librliPlay an active role in day to day technology operations management, decision making, support and human resources./libr/ulbrp/pbrpThe IT Service Lead will work closely in a team environment to ensure client expectations are being met, projects are being delivered and service requests are prioritised appropriately.
