Job Description
The IT Service Lead will own the IT Support and associated processes for our 4000+ organisation across Ireland and the UK. Key responsibilities:
- Support employees in the field and offices for effective and consistent IT service.
- Coach, mentor, and lead the IT team, creating an environment for colleagues to deliver their best.
- Develop and implement process improvements for client satisfaction and business efficiency through technology.
- Manage client expectations, projects, and service requests in a team environment.
- Work with the management team to ensure business goals are met.
- Supervise and direct IT personnel, utilizing internal systems to optimize support and improve processes.
- Integrate information technologies for optimal effectiveness.
- Manage key partner contracts and ensure SLAs are hit.
Requirements: - Previous technical experience managing a team (2+ years).
- Aggressive problem solver.
- Eager to develop professionally.
- Ability to work with little supervision and manage a team.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support using Apple iOS, Windows 7, Windows 10, and mainstream Microsoft applications.
- ITIL accreditation essential.
