Job Description

The IT Service Lead will own the IT Support and associated processes for our 4000+ organisation across Ireland and the UK. Key responsibilities:

  • Support employees in the field and offices for effective and consistent IT service.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead the IT team, creating an environment for colleagues to deliver their best.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for client satisfaction and business efficiency through technology.
  • Manage client expectations, projects, and service requests in a team environment.
  • Work with the management team to ensure business goals are met.
  • Supervise and direct IT personnel, utilizing internal systems to optimize support and improve processes.
  • Integrate information technologies for optimal effectiveness.
  • Manage key partner contracts and ensure SLAs are hit.
Requirements:
  • Previous technical experience managing a team (2+ years).
  • Aggressive problem solver.
  • Eager to develop professionally.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and manage a team.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support using Apple iOS, Windows 7, Windows 10, and mainstream Microsoft applications.
  • ITIL accreditation essential.
