Enterprise People are currently seeking an IT Service Management Analyst for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the IT Delivery Manager, the IT Service Management Analyst will join our clients IT Service Management team who are responsible for the maintenance and daily activities as well as the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) of existing IT Service Management functions. The IT Service Management Analyst will work with internal teams to process change requests, schedule changes, support major incident responses and problem investigations. The IT Service Management Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out operational activities for change management and other existing IT Service Management functions Assist in the development of all aspects of new IT Service Management functions Collaborate with all applicable teams to ensure alignment between ITSM processes and the business workflows that they support Assist with documentation and administrative support for Major Incident response and Problem Management investigations Create ITSM reports as required by the business Create and update ITSM process documentation, including and not limited to user guides, policy documents, process flows, and training materials Develop strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders Work on multiple projects simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level IT Qualification 5+ Years in an IT Service Delivery Management role Good Problem, Change and Major Incident Management process experience Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible and results driven ITIL Certification is essential Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport is essential Strong motivation and presentation skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Please call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
