Job Description

An IT Service Management Analyst will join our client's IT Service Management team. Key responsibilities include processing change requests, scheduling changes, and supporting incident responses. The role involves working with internal teams, creating reports, and developing process documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management, a 3rd Level IT Qualification, and ITIL Certification. The candidate must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Carry out operational activities for change management and other existing IT Service Management functions.

  • Collaborate with all applicable teams to ensure alignment between ITSM processes and business workflows.

  • Create ITSM reports as required by the business.

  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3rd Level IT Qualification.

  • 5+ years in an IT Service Delivery Management role.

  • ITIL Certification is essential.

  • Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport is essential.



Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
