Job Description

Join our client's IT Service Management team as an IT Service Management Analyst. Key responsibilities include:
Process change requests and schedule changes,
Support major incident responses and problem investigations,
Create ITSM reports, documentation and process updates,
Develop strong stakeholder relationships and work on multiple projects.

Requirements include:
3rd Level IT Qualification,
5+ years IT Service Delivery Management experience,
ITIL Certification and strong communication skills.
Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport required.
Pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible and results driven individual.
