We have an exciting IT Specialist role within a fast-paced and high-impact R&D Department with our client, a leading indigenous electronics company based in Shannon. This is a full-time, permanent position and is based fully on-site in Shannon.Key Responsibilities:Managing the IT support helpdeskPC / Server administration and supportManaging, supporting LAN / WANNew starter onboarding incl. deployment Services e.g., laptop imagingVPN client configuration and deploymentOffice 365 AdministrationOffice 365 Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsWindows 10, Mobile Devices (Android, iOS)Liaising with external vendorsKey Requirements:Hold a third level qualification in computer science or equivalentKnowledge of Network infrastructure devices, Firewalls / VPNs, VMware, Office 365 / Intune administration, Active Directory administrationHave an enthusiastic and a 'can-do' attitude.Have excellent written and oral communication skillsHave good problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detailWork under one’s own initiative as well as working as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
