This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Provide first and second-level support for software and hardware issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.Manage and support Office 365, including user account administration.Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.Assist with network troubleshooting and support.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT support role.Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory administration.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
