Amazon Operations is the backbone of the Amazon customer experience, with a team of over 50,000 employees working together to efficiently deliver items to customers.
- Delivering high-quality IT support to customers
- Managing and deploying IT devices and technologies across various site types
- Dive deeply into technical details, diagnose, and reproduce straightforward issues with Amazon technology products
- Regular contact with Amazon Operations teams and identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network
