Join Etex as a Regional IT Support Engineer in Athy and be part of an international leader in sustainable construction. As a Regional IT Support Engineer, you will resolve tickets in our Ireland region, troubleshoot regional IT infrastructure and applications, and lead or contribute to IT projects.
•• Resolve tickets escalated by the Global Service Desk, including incidents, requests, or assistance.
•• Troubleshoot and provide support for regional IT infrastructure and applications.
•• Identify problems to improve efficiencies and reduce incident creation in the region.
•• Lead or contribute to IT projects.
•• Provide remote support to UK and USA.
What you'll bring:
•• Experience in IT Engineering, Helpdesk, IT Support, or any other relevant experience.
•• Experience using a ticketing system or IT support tools (TOPDesk knowledge is advantageous).
•• Self-starter and problem solver with the ability to work independently while part of a global team.
•• ITIL knowledge is advantageous.

Job Details:
Pay: €30,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
Benefits: Company pension, employee assistance program, employee discount, on-site parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Willingness to travel: 50%
