IT Support Engineer Contract | €220-€270/day | Dublin A client of mine is searching for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This role will focus on providing Level 2 support, troubleshooting issues across a range of Windows and Microsoft systems, and assisting with network and security tasks in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Windows-based environments, including Active Directory and Office 365. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary. Support the configuration and deployment of Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Assist with network security, managing firewalls and VPNs. Participate in system upgrades and infrastructure projects. Document and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely completion. Provide remote and on-site support as required.Requirements: 4+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Windows environments. Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure. Experience with basic networking protocols and security, including firewalls and VPNs. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
