IT Support Engineer Contract | €280-€330/day | Dublin | Hybrid A client of mine is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with 5 years of experience to join their team in Dublin. This hybrid role will involve providing Level 2 and 3 support across networking, cloud, and security environments, along with hands-on work with various technologies like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Linux environments, including user account management and permissions in Active Directory. Manage and troubleshoot issues in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Ensure network security and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems. Collaborate with teams on cloud migration projects and security audits. Document technical solutions and contribute to process improvements. Automate tasks using PowerShell.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT support with expertise in networking, cloud, and security. Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Linux administration.
