IT Support Engineer Contract | €220/day+ | Dublin | Hybrid Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting. Responsibilities: Deliver advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support on a global scale for our client's end users Address intricate technical challenges spanning software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues and enhance overall system stability Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess relevant industry certifications Have more than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role Demonstrate proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory and SCCM Bring experience in working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure We encourage you to apply if you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
