IT Support Engineer
Our Dublin-based client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing advanced technical support to end-users across the group
- Resolving complex technical issues on a daily basis
- Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary
- Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base and learnings across the team
- Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function
- Assisting junior support staff in issue resolution and providing guidance
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in a technical support role from an enterprise environment
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving
- Experience with Office 365 administration, especially in SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
