IT Support Engineer

Our Dublin-based client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing advanced technical support to end-users across the group
  • Resolving complex technical issues on a daily basis
  • Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary
  • Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base and learnings across the team
  • Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function
  • Assisting junior support staff in issue resolution and providing guidance

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a technical support role from an enterprise environment
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving
  • Experience with Office 365 administration, especially in SharePoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
