Experienced IT Support Engineer sought for hybrid role in Dublin, providing Level 2 and 3 support across networking, cloud, and security environments.
This role involves hands-on work with various technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure, with a focus on cloud, networking, and security.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing Level 2/3 support for Windows and Linux environments, including user account management and permissions in Active Directory.
- Managing and troubleshooting issues in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Ensuring network security and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Collaborating with teams on cloud migration projects and security audits.
- Documenting technical solutions and contributing to process improvements.
- Automating tasks using Power Shell.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support with expertise in networking, cloud, and security.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
- Strong knowledge of Power Shell scripting and Linux administration.
- Experience in managing network security and VPN solutions.
