Responsibilities include:

• Providing Level 2/3 support for Windows and Linux environments, including user account management and permissions in Active Directory.
• Managing and troubleshooting issues in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Ensuring network security and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Collaborating with teams on cloud migration projects and security audits.
• Documenting technical solutions and contributing to process improvements.
• Automating tasks using Power Shell.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with expertise in networking, cloud, and security.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
• Strong knowledge of Power Shell scripting and Linux administration.
