IT Support Engineer Contract | €200-€280/day | Dublin | Hybrid My client is exclusively seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This role is perfect for someone with a strong Windows/Microsoft background and a passion for solving technical issues. The candidate will also have the chance to be involved in ongoing projects within the business, offering a great opportunity to develop and grow their skill set. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Microsoft environments, including troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues. Administer and support Azure Active Directory and Office 365 environments. Participate in various IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations. Assist with network and server maintenance, including patch management and backups. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in IT support, specifically in Windows/Microsoft environments. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365. Experience with Azure services and cloud technologies is highly desirable. Experience in project-based work within an IT environment is a plus.
