Required skills and experience:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office365, Exchange Online, Zoom, Slack, Jira Cloud, and SharePoint Online
- Experience with ticketing platforms and Azure Automation and scripting skills
- Basic networking knowledge and excellent communication skills
