We are currently working on behalf of our client, a leading Medical and Distribution company, in their search for a motivated Technical Support Team Leader to join their growing IT department. As the Technical Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring optimal systems performance. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IT and Tech Support Teams to maintain high performance levels. Implement and improve systems, procedures, and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery. Deliver key IT projects aligned with business strategy and goals. Manage Technical Support service delivery to meet customer expectations and drive future demand. Lead recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring within the team. Ensure timely and within-budget implementation of system and service improvements. Experience Required: Relevant IT qualification and previous experience in a team lead position. Strong IT security knowledge and a customer-focused mindset. Expertise in people management and leadership. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Business One experience is an advantage). Desired experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System). Proven record in identifying and implementing business software. Strong project management experience. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
